Blend suggestion:

Combine equal parts of wintergreen and Deep Blue Soothing Blend (and / or Deep Blue Rub) and apply on the location.

Instructions for topical application:

Dilute 2 - 3 drops of your oils of choice with 0.5 to 1 teaspoon fractionated coconut oil and apply on the location. Apply as a warm compress over affected area. Dilute 1 - 2 drops in 1 Tbs. fractionated coconut oil, and use as a massage oil. Add 1 - 2 drops to 1/4 cup Therapeutic Bath Salts, and dissolve in warm bath water for a soaking bath.

Osteoarthritis is a degenerative arthritis where the cartilage that provides lubrication between the bones in a joint begins to break down, becoming rough and uneven. This causes the bones in the joint to wear and create rough deposits that can become extremely painful.
