Application methods


Aromatic: Diffuse into the air, e.g. using a diffuser. Inhale directly from the bottle. Apply oils to hands, tissue or cotton wick, and inhale.

Topical: Dilute as recommended (3 - 4 drops in a Tsp. oil, e.g. fractionated coconut oil), and apply to chest, sinuses, neck, or reflex points on the feet. Add 2 - 3 drops to water and gargle.
